On March 6th, the City of Phoenix heard all discussion re: ZA-84-25. The Zoning Hearing officer decided to take this use permit case under advisement. ZA Hearing Officer Dolansinsky has 30 days to determine his ruling. Anyone who attended the hearing and filled out a Comment card will receive the results via email.
